Refund & Return Policy

At Duckz Nutz, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is custom-printed just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.

Defective or Misprinted Items If your order arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@duckznutz.com with a photo of the issue. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to get you a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, contact us at info@duckznutz.com and we'll investigate and resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins.
