Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
International Shipping At this time, we ship within the United States only. Stay tuned — we're working on expanding our reach!
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at info@duckznutz.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
